The TutorSource service ("TutorSource" or "the Service") is owned and operated by Revolution Prep, LLC, and its corporate affiliates (collectively, "us", "we" or "the Company"). By using this web site (the "Site") you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").
TutorSource takes your privacy seriously, and we take strong measures to protect it. We only ask you to provide information that we
need in order to deliver the service you have requested. We don’t share the information you have given us without your permission to do so.
TutorSource’s Privacy Policy (and any revisions thereto) is designed to help you understand how we collect and use the personal
information you decide to share, and help you make informed decisions when using the Site. This Privacy Policy shall govern all information
collected from or posted at TutorSource, and the use of the personal information you decide to share. We reserve the right, at our
sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions this Privacy Policy at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will
post the changes to this Privacy Policy on the Site and will indicate at the top of the page the Privacy Policy’s effective date. Your
continued use of the Service or the Site after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to

Information we collect
We collect personally identifiable information from you when you use our site. We only request information that we need in order for you to
participate in the service (things like your name and address, for example) or pay for the service (credit card information, for example). We
may track data on our customers in aggregate form. Such aggregated data does not uniquely identify you.
We also gather or may gather certain information about your use of the Site, such as what areas you visit and what services you use.
Moreover, there is information about your computer hardware and software that is or may be collected by us. This information can include
without limitation your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses, but is not linked to your
personal information. This data is used to manage the Site, track usage and improve the Site services.
Children Under the Age of 13
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years old, and the Site is intended to be used only by individuals older than
13. If you are a parent or guardian who is interested in obtaining tutoring for your child who is under 13 years old, please use the site to
find tutoring yourself and do not let your child enter their own information. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal
information from a child under age 13 we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any

TutorSource does recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about
themselves over the Internet.
Financial Information
When you purchase tutoring and services through our Site, we must collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and
expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your request and to notify you of your request status. In doing so, we take the utmost
care with your personal financial data including the use of SSL encryption and remote transaction initiation. This information may also be
used by us to notify you of related products and services. Credit card and e-mail information will not be shared or sold to third parties for
any purpose without your express permission. The sole exception to our policy on not sharing information with third parties is in the case
of Revolution Prep, a company under the same ownership as TutorSource. Because these two companies provide similar services, we
reserve the right to share contact information for our tutors and customers between these two companies only.
Although we take every reasonable technological precaution available to protect your data, no data transmission over the Internet can be
guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot warrant that your information will be absolutely secure. Any transmission of data at or
through the Site is at your own risk.
Sharing of information
The privacy of individual user data is always respected and protected. We will never disclose, sell, or rent personal information that
identifies any of our customers or tutors without specific authorization to do so. TutorSource retains the right to release aggregate
performance information, provided this information does not personally identify our customers or tutors.
Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we might form, sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. In such transactions, customer
information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy
(unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that we sell substantially all of its assets or stock,
customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
Legal Requests
We release personal information when we believe such release is appropriate to comply with the law or enforce or apply our Terms and
Conditions and other terms and conditions or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Web site, our customers, or others. This

regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in

Site, that information can be accessed by third parties and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.
Use Of Cookies
TutorSource uses "cookies" to help create a better and, for our registered users, a more personalized experience. A cookie is a
piece of data stored on the user’s computers tied to information about the user. Cookies can only track information provided to the site
itself. They are not "spyware" but only store information you have provided in personally identifiable form, or some of your
TutorSource activities. This information includes your user name and password, to avoid your having to retype it every time you
return to the Site. Cookie information is stored on your computer, not ours. Your browser and other security applications can be set to
prompt you when a website is setting a cookie or to reject all cookies. Unless you accept our cookies, you will not be able to use our
website effectively, and many site sections and applications will not function properly or at all.

TutorSource member accounts are secured by user-created passwords. Although no communications over the Internet are 100% secure,
TutorSource takes precautions to insure that member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect
member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to
perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security
of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of

Control Of Your Password
You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your
TutorSource password or login information to any third parties. If you choose to share this information with third parties, you are
responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password and therefore should review each third party's privacy policy. If
you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to
legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change
your password.

The Site may contain links to other web sites. We of course are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other web
sites. When linking to another web site we encourage our users to read the privacy policy stated on each and every web site. This Privacy
